Schlacht um Runeterra: Bandle City

This is suuuper rushed and took me three evenings to finish (it's 2 am now =_= ) I barely managed to finish it on time and used some cheap PSE filters to make it work but I think it turned out okay after all ^^

It's another contest entry btw and I definetly won't make another one THIS detailed ... because even the 1st prize money is way less than I'd take if someone commissioned me to draw this so ... ya. Enjoy some Bandle City fan art everyone!

EDIT: made the .psd version of this piece available for download. It includes a sketch and all layers, however not the final version of this piece, but the raw version without the filter.
